Rights of MICROTEC Products Agent
1. Sole
Agent Policy-MICROTEC
grants the exclusive right of selling MICROTEC
Continuous Ink Supply System and its components
within the regions listed in the contract to their
agents.
2. Free
Promotion Catalogues-MICROTEC
supplies agents with all promotion catalogues
and posts for free.
3. Worry
Free Warranty--MICROTEC
offers Worry Free Warranty-Money Refund or Replacement
within two months except misuse and incidental
damages.
4. All-around
Guidance-MICROTEC
provides agents with all-around sales guidance
and training for free.
5. Dealership
Priority-MICROTEC
grants the priority of dealership for its newly
developed products to its current agents.
6. Technical
Support-MICROTEC
offers comprehensive and specified technical support
to its agents.
7. Shared
Customer Sources-MICROTEC
shares local customer sources brought by various
Medias with its agents.
The
Requirements for Agents
1.
The agent should have certain capital assets.
For the First-Class Agent, the minimum order is
above 200 sets. For the Second-Class Agent, the
minimum order is above 100 sets. For the Third-Class
Agent, the minimum order is 50 sets. Meanwhile
the agent should submit a detailed quotation and
sales quantity to MICROTEC.
2.
The agent should possess good trade background
in the fields of printer consumables and have
a sense of marketing promotion and customer service.
3.
The agent should be honest, enthusiastic and responsible
for MICROTEC, carrying out the programs and principles
of MICROTEC. Furthermore, the agent should not
divulge the product's related price list, training
material, technical documents and marketing strategy
of MICROTEC.
4. The
agent should develop 5-10 sales stores within three
months after signing the contract.
The Agent deployment of professionals
1. One
Product Manager-Responsible
for the regional sales and promotion strategy.
He or she should be competent,
sociable and thoroughly conversant with the product.
Meantime he or she should be able to draw out
the plans or strategy for promotion.
2. Several
Salesmen-Responsible
for the concrete regional sales and promotion.
They should be familiar
with the advantages, characteristics, and specified
instructions of CISS, being capable of communicate
with others.
3. One
or Two Technical Assistants-Responsible
for the technical support and after service.
He
or she should has a comprehensive knowledge about
CISS and be able to answer FAQs about it and solve
the technical problems.
The
Duties and Obligations of Agent
1.
The agent is responsible for the sales, training,
promotion, product supply and after service within
the regions listed in the contract.
2.
The agent is responsible for the feedback of market
and customers, submitting the sales records to
Head Office at the end of each month.

First-Class Agent: Classified
by States and capital
Second-Class Agent: Classified
by City and County
Third-Class Agent: All other
cities except which covers by the First and Second
Classes.
